Day 16 of "An agent a day" series: the wiki-builder agent. Biotech tacit knowledge (which cell line to use, instrument artifacts) is hard to capture manually. The recipe: a nightly agent reviews the day's work, records meaningful results in a wiki file using the Open Knowledge Format, explicitly says when there's nothing to record, requires a source link (ELN entry, registered entity, result) for every fact, and reports a summary of updates.
