The SAIL Therapeutic Actionability AI Challenge's final phase is open to all teams, with a Jan 5, 2027 deadline, $12,500 in prizes, and presentations at SAIL 2027 in Puerto Rico. 450M people have rare diseases but <10% have an FDA-approved therapy. AI systems must generate patient-specific actionability reports with traceable evidence, covering established therapies, trial eligibility, off-label options, and bespoke approaches like ASOs and gene therapy.
