Claude Code sessions can talk to each other across projects to coordinate edits

User felpix discovered that Claude Code sessions started in different folders but working on the same directory can communicate with each other. A screenshot shows one session detecting another editing shared files, announcing its planned changes, and waiting for the other session to go idle before touching shared files — effectively using shared files and inter-session messaging to serialize edits across parallel agents.
