Apple CEO Ternus: 'We don't want to ship AI for AI's sake'

In a Wired interview, Apple CEO John Ternus defended the company's AI standing, saying the long-delayed smarter Siri finally launched this summer. He insisted Apple will "absolutely leverage AI" but won't "ship AI for AI's sake" — users shouldn't have to think about whether AI or traditional software made a feature work.
