Fiverr CEO: AI Agents Have No Brand Loyalty, Optimize for What They Care About
5le · x · 2026-11-04
Fiverr's CEO said on the latest earnings call that brand loyalty is changing because AI agents don't care about brands, making this a high-risk shift. His advice: optimize for what agents do care about — though he declined to share details for competitive reasons, calling it "uncharted territory, much like doing SEO 20-something years ago."
He also gave an example: if Microsoft leans on Copilot as a channel for enterprise software customers and Copilot actually delivers, it becomes harder for others to sell enterprise software. The reposter @ViperChill (a well-known SEO blogger) noted that despite the CEO saying SEO is "going away," this was his favorite earnings call of the quarter — a public-company CEO directly validating the new discipline of "agent-era optimization."
