Wes Bos turns the unused iPhone LiDAR into '3D Model Anything': scan a room, AI rebuilds it in 3D

The LiDAR on the back of Pro iPhones went largely unused — until developer Wes Bos gave it a job with '3D Model Anything.' Walk around a room while the laser measures everything in view; the screen fills with a triangle mesh, red where photos are still needed and green where coverage is done. Hand the scan to a coding AI and it rebuilds your room as a 3D model — a neat demo of LiDAR hardware meeting AI coding tools.
