A developer released ComfyUI-Agent, an open-source AI assistant that operates directly on the ComfyUI canvas: building and editing workflows from natural language, running and debugging generations, validating and fixing workflows, handling nested subgraphs, and offering transactional edits with undo/rollback. It supports local LLMs via Ollama and LM Studio plus multiple API providers, with Plan/Fast modes, attachments, and Skills. Beta now on GitHub; a major update comparing it against the official agent is in progress.
