Set up git, worktrees and sandboxes before running multiple coding agents in parallel

EXM7777 argues you should spend a day or two setting up git, worktrees and sandboxes before scaling up agents:
- Git snapshots: every commit is a snapshot; if an agent breaks something, one command rolls you back
- Worktree isolation: a worktree is a full copy of the project in a separate folder, so each agent works in its own copy and never touches others' files
- Parallel tasks: this is how you run several agents on several tasks at once
- Fast cleanup: if one agent ships slop, delete its folder and keep the rest
