A hands-on follow-up on Perplexity's pplx-embed-v2-context-0.6b: a chunk like "It comes with a two-year warranty" needs context to identify the product. In testing, the 0.6B context model ranked the correct answer highest for the Cedar laptop even though its name only appears in a different chunk — validating its contextual embedding capability.
