Traveler ditches Google Maps, asks Grok Bot to pick dinner — and nails it

XFreeze shares a real-life test: while traveling near Thailand's Tubkaek Beach and unable to agree on a restaurant, a friend suggested asking Grok Bot. Per the chat screenshot, the bot (labeled Chief Of Staff) parsed constraints like "walkable or 5-minute ride, best and affordable" and recommended See The Sea, a 4.7-rated seaside spot 2.5 km away, complete with per-person pricing (200–400 THB), closing time, and a backup option. The dinner turned out to be the group's best meal of the trip — a small but telling demo of AI assistants handling everyday decisions.
