BizPeel's report breaks down Skillry, a one-person Agent Skill library (installs into Claude Code/Codex/Cursor to produce well-designed pages, slides, videos):
- Revenue: $27 in August, $7,454 in first 20 days of October; last-30-day revenue $11.5K, MRR $4,330 (+324% in 30 days), 430 active subscriptions. $79 annual and $169 lifetime deals front-load cash — 30-day revenue is 3x MRR.
- Key growth move: On Sep 27 the founder published a free "$3,000 worth of Opus 5.5" video collection with original clips, recreations and prompts, built into a video library. Korean/Vietnamese/Japanese/Russian creators reshared it organically; social drove 53.4% of September traffic as visits jumped from 19K to 288K. Orders started flowing daily two days after launch of the collection.
- Counterintuitive finding: the launch post got 84,719 views but max single-day revenue before Sep 27 was $9.99 — big following ≠ paying customers.
- Founder Yihui, based in China, bootstrapped, not for sale; recent weekly revenue is 40%+ below peak.
