GPU lead times hit 30–45 weeks as TrendForce flags tightening AI supply chain
AccBalanced · x · 2026-11-03
TrendForce's latest supply-chain snapshot (Nov 2): GPU lead times are 30–45 weeks, with the upper end up 5 weeks week-over-week; DRAM shortened to 19 weeks; MLCC extended to 38 weeks.
The full chart: CPUs tight at 25–30 weeks (AI inference driving server demand, Arm gaining); GPUs tightening, with new platforms like Rubin possibly constrained by upstream shortages and capacity prioritized for hyperscalers; DRAM very tight, with 32GB/64GB RDIMMs severely constrained even as 96GB/128GB improve; NAND eSSD tight at 16 weeks; HDDs very tight at 50 weeks (HAMR/PMR relief not until 2027-28); ABF substrates very tight at 48–56 weeks; MLCCs at 38 weeks as OEMs lock in 2027 supply.
