This user runs his entire life — moves, disputes, podcast — on Meta's Muse agent

A Reddit user describes not using AI as a chatbot but as an operations layer for his life via Meta's personal agent Muse:
- Manages his inbox across life areas and drafts replies in his voice for approval; checks two calendars before scheduling anything;
- Currently orchestrating a cross-town move: movers, loading-dock rules at two buildings, utility start/stop dates, lease deadlines;
- Keeps billing and insurance disputes moving in writing with dated asks and escalation steps, driving them to a written decision;
- Maintains a dashboard of open loops that clears handled items and only resurfaces things with a reason; also schedules podcast clips, tracks his dog's medication, and runs product-testing panels that have converted feedback into credits and claims.
The key shift, he says, isn't working less — it's that 40 open loops now live in a system that verifies before reporting and interrupts him only for decisions that are truly his. He shared this feedback directly with Meta's team.
