Zhiyui runs 6 robots for 24 hours straight in a convenience store; Google douses space datacenter hype
创业邦 · wechat · 2026-11-03
A roundup of manufacturing/AI news: Zhiyui Robotics launched a 24-hour livestreamed challenge on Nov 2, with six Elves G2 robots handling greeting, coffee-making, food service, restocking and cleaning in a real convenience store, testing its GO-3 foundation model and GenieMaster embodied agent. Google's datacenter energy lead said space datacenters could cost up to 100x ground-based ones given launch costs and in-orbit maintenance, calling the idea interesting but not near-term. Also: Samsung will sharply raise OLED panel prices next year to control the market; Envision commissioned the world's first commercial 800V SST HVDC system for an AI datacenter; and a teardown claims structural differences between China and US iPhone Duo units, which Apple couldn't verify.
