Training-free trick: Qwen3-VL-8B latent concepts drive Qwen-Image-2.1 image generation
Sauers_ · x · 2026-11-03
A shared diagram shows a training-free model pipeline: Qwen3-VL-8B is asked to reply only "OK" without naming or describing a hidden concept, yet internally extracts its representation (e.g. "a dragon drinking tea") and injects it into Qwen-Image-2.1 to generate the image. Twelve whimsical examples — spaghetti cat, city on a whale, cheese house, desert snowman and more — are all produced by this single zero-training pipeline, demonstrating that VLM latent semantics can directly drive an image generation model.
