Zed CEO Nathan Sobo shares a simple but refreshingly useful automation: an agent called "junior" broadcasts a weekly changelog. The screenshot shows the Oct 26–Nov 2 report covering 12 releases and 250 commits, including a Review desk with addReviewItem blocking questions, child agents for delegation, new PagerDuty/Figma plugins, a remote MCP server with CIMD auth, and Slack replies now routed by a decision model — all generated by an event automation.
