Robot sims should prioritize accurate physics over visuals, turning sim creation into an auto-research loop
wellecks · x · 2026-11-03
Pranjal Aggarwal argues that in robotic simulations, cool visuals matter less than accurate physics — which makes sim creation itself an auto-research task.
The proposed loop: better science/coding agents → more physically accurate robot sims → better robot models → further sim improvement. He calls it potential RSI (recursive self-improvement) for robotics.
