GitHub Copilot CLI v1.0.106 adds opt-in session management, @mentions and terminal-escaping fix

GitHub Copilot CLI released v1.0.106-3. New opt-in session management tools plus @mentions for opted-in local sessions headline the update.
Key fixes:
- MCP OAuth credentials are reused without re-auth; reload reports one settled summary per reconciliation
- Security: assistant replies and rendered rows no longer pass escape sequences/control characters to the terminal, so replies can't restyle or hide output
- Resuming autopilot objectives no longer duplicates continuation prompts
- /context shows updated usage after model switches; the docs tool returns the CLI's own commands instead of an error
- /add-dir and /cd accept quoted paths; colorblind-friendly unread markers
Routine maintenance release, notable mainly for the session tools and terminal-escaping security fix.
