Qwen Code v0.26.6 fixes MCP tool name collisions, OAuth lock and more

QwenLM released qwen-code v0.26.6, a maintenance release with mostly fixes and polish: keeping uniquely named MCP tools when names collide, deleting the OAuth refresh lock only when owned, rejecting LSP queries when no server is ready, and keeping long /btw answers readable in a bounded viewport.
Other changes include a new conversation activity view in the web shell, daemon mode quickstart docs, a refactor of the managed-agent session event delivery loop, plus assorted test and CI improvements. One notable fix keeps the entire Kimi K3 generation at a 1M context window.
