Applied Compute announces it went from zero to $100M annualized revenue run rate in under 18 months and raised $350M at a $3.25B valuation, led by Elad Gil with NVIDIA, Blackstone, Kleiner Perkins, Lux Capital and others participating. Key numbers: 40% of customers use it for both custom model training and production inference; inference serving hit 1T tokens/day 12 weeks after launch; enterprise customers doubled; team tripled since January, 85% researchers/engineers. Customers include Microsoft, Shopify, Harvey, DoorDash, Cognition, Clay, Decagon. A model trained for Harvey improved answer/citation quality at less than half the inference cost of a frontier alternative; a custom router for Clay cut production inference costs up to 47%. Three months ago it launched AC2, an Agent Cloud unifying training, inference and continual improvement.
