llama.cpp PR Fixes Unified KV Cache for Multi-Seq, Speeding Up Local Agents

A llama.cpp pull request (#29510 by am17an) fixes the CUDA flashattnextrows kernel's unified KV cache handling for multi-sequence scenarios.
For users running multiple agents locally, this delivers a real speedup: the unified KV cache saves memory and accelerates concurrent multi-session inference, and the bug previously degraded or broke multi-seq generation on that path.
