Shaun Maguire: SpaceX can spin up datacenters 2-3 years faster than rivals, rev/GW to fall to ~$10B

Sequoia partner Shaun Maguire argues SpaceX will be the low-cost compute producer (terrestrial first, orbital later). The oil analogy breaks because datacenter "wells" are short-lived, so fast deployment matters: he believes SpaceX can bring new datacenters online 2-3 years faster than competitors. He forecasts rev/GW dropping to $10B/GW within 5 years, CapEx/GW falling sharply too, and near-term upside from neocloud and hyperscaler demand.
