Artificial Analysis adds market-based GPU pricing to benchmark: B300 leads throughput per dollar
ArtificialAnlys · x · 2026-11-02
Artificial Analysis is partnering with Silicon Data to bring market-based GPU rental pricing into AA-AgentPerf, its datacenter system performance benchmark. The new metric, Throughput per $/hr, divides total system throughput by hourly rental cost and updates daily.
- Covers Silicon Data rental indices for H100, H200, B200 and B300 across cloud providers
- Among systems with available pricing, NVIDIA's B300 generally leads on throughput per dollar; B200 matches it at faster output speeds on some models
- Example chart (DeepSeek V4.1 Flash max): B300 $7.56/hr, B200 $6.50/hr, H200 $3.46/hr, H100 $2.93/hr — B300 dominates at low output speeds
- The MI355X rate ($6.50/hr) in the chart is Artificial Analysis' assumption from recent market quotes, not a Silicon Data index
