TrendForce's weekly radar shows top-end GPU lead times extended by 5 weeks to 45 weeks as NVIDIA begins its Rubin platform transition. Hyperscalers will likely receive Rubin first, leaving enterprise buyers on existing GPU platforms.
Memory supply is split by capacity: 96GB and 128GB RDIMMs are arriving faster, while 32GB and 64GB modules remain severely tight. Overall DRAM lead times eased 1 week to 19 but still run more than double normal; MLCC lead times extended to 38 weeks. Samsung and SK hynix posted record profits while their largest customers face rising cash outflows.
