Kanzo update: one shared kanban board across machines and coding agents, still a 4.5MB binary
allmudi · reddit · 2026-11-02
Kanzo, a tiny kanban tool for coding agents, adds live multi-machine sharing: run kanzo share on on one machine and kanzo join on others so all your agents work from the same task board. Performance is unchanged (2ms startup, 3,000 tasks load in 17ms); a Backlog mode keeps ideas off-limits to agents. No auth on shared boards, so keep it on LAN or VPN.
