Agent recovers lost InDesign edits by replaying screen recordings via Coast skill
aidangch · x · 2026-11-02
A user lost InDesign files in a crash and recovered the work with Coast (by attentioninc): the agent loaded the coast-cli-skill, replayed the 22:00–22:28 screen recording, and reconstructed each change — headline capitalization, boxes split and resized, images rearranged, exact typography (Archivo SemiBold 48pt/43pt leading, -30 tracking) — then backed up the file and applied targeted edits.
The demo shows a practical workflow of using screen recordings as an agent's memory source to restore precise design edits, doubling as a novel take on version control for design files.
