Actify shipped a "SOTA retrieval" job search engine in its desktop app: it runs on a Pinecone vector database holding roughly 15 million live job postings at any time. The team says the whole system was built for under $1,000 and outperforms LinkedIn and Google search. It's free to use from the Actify desktop app.
