Grok Bot pricing debate: users say free tier makes no sense, back gifting instead
RachelVT42 · x · 2026-11-02
Sawyer Merritt proposed tiered Grok Bot subscriptions at $0/$8/$30/$100/$500/$1000 per month. RachelVT42 disagrees with the free tier: many people can't even think of a use case for the bot, so a better on-ramp would be letting fans gift a paid month to friends. She says $8/month makes sense, $10-15 and $30 are plausible, but since Grok Bot takes time to set up properly, even ready-made templates won't convince users without an obvious use case.
