Jason: Grok bots are like $30/hour employees at $5k a year
inductionheads · x · 2026-11-02
Jason argues that people getting real value from AI bots is an extremely bullish sign: for $5k/year you can have two or three competent mid-tier "employees". Blending clerical work ($15-25/hour) and developer work ($50-100/hour), he estimates Grok bots represent $30/hour employees on average — and adds "this is as bad as it will ever be".
