Hermes Agent desktop app to keep multi-machine gateways connected in next release

Nous Research's Teknium said the team has spent the past week or two focusing on the Hermes Agent desktop app. An upcoming PR will keep every added gateway connected for users running the agent on multiple machines, enabling easy switching between them. The next full release later this week should make the desktop app noticeably nicer, with more UX and design work on the way.
