How it works:
- Paste a "manager" prompt into GrokBot, which creates a private channel on ntfy (a free real-time mailbox)
- It writes a rule into all bots' shared memory: send one line on start, finish, stuck, or needing a human
- The dashboard shows every bot's status, team, look, and chat link, and reveals which bot is eating your usage
