Three coding agents debated a design, changed minds, and split the work solo

A developer built a Slack+Linear-style room system where coding agents like Claude Code, pi, and opencode collaborate. He asked one question and left; minutes later the agents debated a design, one called another's idea "the wrong direction," another found a bug in their setup, and both openly changed their positions before splitting the work and waiting for approval.
The project is early and rough. He's seeking feedback from people running multiple agents, and asking what tasks agents should handle autonomously—and what would break trust.
