Open-source LoRA cuts H3 video generation from 20 steps to 6, nearly 3x faster
linoy_tsaban · x · 2026-11-01
Blogger eternityspring tested the popular open-source LoRA Pika-H3-Flex, post-trained on MiniMax H3, on an RTX 4080. With identical prompts and seeds (1280×736, 5s): original 20 steps took 475s, Flex at 6 steps took 162s — nearly 3x faster with better quality and storytelling. Caveats: photorealistic prompts favor the original 20-step version, while ancient-style scenes perform about the same. Full review and LoRA link included.
