Pika H3 Flex debuts #1 on DesignArena; community ships 2-step Turbo LoRA within 24 hours

Pika released Pika H3 Flex, an open-weight video generation model that debuted as the #1 t2v model on DesignArena. It targets professional iteration: up to 4K resolution, exportable audio stems, faster-than-realtime generation, and a 15-second clip with soundtrack in as little as 7 seconds.
Within 24 hours of launch, @akhaliq built a Turbo LoRA with 2-step draft, 4-step fast, and 8-step HD variants, now hosted under the Pika-Labs org on Hugging Face and compatible with ComfyUI and Diffusers (bf16/int8/GGUF).
The model card includes head-to-head tests: a 4-step Turbo LoRA on Singularity v2 merges is both faster and better-looking than Pika's official 6-step Flex adapter, while the 2-step draft mode (14s sampling per 5s clip on H200) works for iterating framing and motion before final 4/8-step renders, with occasional scene failures.
