An escape game where 8 local LLM agents fight for 2 helicopter seats
ViceGodIm · reddit · 2026-11-01
A developer built a Godot helicopter-escape game for eight AI controllers with only two seats: refueling helps everyone, boarding passes can be stolen, and the engine can be jammed. The agents run on local models (two sizes of Qwen3 among others), each receiving structured game state and a legal-action menu, at 0.20x wall-clock speed on one Mac across three rounds. The author notes results can't rank model intelligence and asks whether supply deliveries should be rewarded.
