Daniel Mac reveals the project behind Karpathy's new vibe coding meta: HackerTube, a site archiving YouTube videos recommended on Hacker News over the past couple of decades. The first featured video is David Fravor on Lex Fridman discussing aliens (6.9M views). Karpathy built it by only talking to Claude — his only manual steps were creating a Google Cloud API key, booting a VPS, and buying a domain.
