Copilot CLI v1.0.106 fixes MCP timeout stalls and session resume duplication

GitHub released Copilot CLI v1.0.106-2 with several fixes:

With --screen-reader, failed/rejected tool calls, errors, and warnings now start with "Error:" or "Warning:"
/resume <session-id> foregrounds an already-running background session instead of showing it twice on exit
An HTTP MCP server that accepts connections but never responds now blocks startup once for its connection timeout instead of three times
Saving MCP server changes preserves symlinked mcp-config.json files and updates the symlink target
/skills add/remove/reload stay in sync with session skills and report refresh failures immediately
