asc CLI uploads screenshots and video previews via Apple's Asset Library with one command

New asc CLI capability: upload screenshots through Apple's Asset Library in one command:
asc screenshots upload --version-localization LOCID --path ./screenshots --device-type IPHONEDUO --asset-library
asc video-previews upload takes the same flag. It is opt-in; asset sets remain the default.
