AI agent logged into her video system unprompted to verify a fix
alliekmiller · x · 2026-11-01
Allie K Miller shares a real proactive-AI moment: when her video provider emailed that service was restored, her assistant Dots saw the email, logged into the video system with her credentials, verified playback on every video, and reported back with a drafted reply.
Her take: "we still haven't seen the limit of proactive AI." But the screenshots show the flip side — she initially suspected a hostile login before realizing it was her own agent. Now every out-of-place action means pinging her team and auditing her AI assistant's history: a new security burden proactive agents create.
