Kitani released Morgana 1.2, a photography-focused finetune of FLUX.2 Klein 4B aiming to eliminate the "AI look": natural lighting, visible textures, and true color. Full safetensors plus GGUF quantizations (BF16/Q80/Q6K/Q5KM) are free.
- Trained for: casual realistic faces (pores, irregular hair, imperfect framing), macro/material textures (water droplets, feathers, fabric, leather), landscapes and night scenes (aurora, waves, wet neon), paintings/anime, and anatomy
- Speed: 4.6 seconds for 15 steps on a single H100, no LoRA
- Known limits: weak text rendering, occasional hand failures
Sample images show convincing realistic portraits and macro texture detail. Built partly with ShuttleAI using the same dataset as Shuttle 3 Jaguar; a paid API is also available.
