IronLeo78 MTV: a two-node ComfyUI pack that turns any song into a music video
IronLeo78x · reddit · 2026-11-01
A new open-source ComfyUI node pack, IronLeo78 MTV, aims to kill node spaghetti for music video creation:
- Segmented generation: cuts any song into 5.17s segments (124 frames @ 24fps), renders clip by clip with audio kept in sync; "Go to Time" jumps to any segment to redo just that part.
- Stem splitting: separates vocals/guitar/drums/bass so performers can act to their own track.
- Reshoot: give any existing video a new wardrobe, look, or effects.
- 51 presets across 13 families (Swap, Musician, Disasters, Holiday…), each a full system prompt; a small vision LLM expands a one-sentence idea into a complete prompt.
- Beginners run two nodes with base ComfyUI weights; advanced users get a Model Loader exposing models, VAEs, LoRAs, steps and seed. Runs on modest hardware with settings dialed down.
Work in progress — presets are still being tuned. Available on GitHub and Comfy Registry.
