Shenzhen's AI² Robotics mass-produces AlphaBot 2, lands 1,000+ robot deal with HKC

Shenzhen-based AI² Robotics is mass-producing and shipping its wheeled humanoid AlphaBot 2 to customers across multiple industries:
- A three-year agreement with HKC covering 1,000+ robots for display panel manufacturing
- Dongfeng Liuzhou: material handling and loading/unloading on automotive lines
- Robot-run retail kiosks making and serving drinks directly to consumers
The company also announced a new production line targeting tens of thousands of units, kicking off in H2 2026. Deployment tightly coupled with mass production, the author notes, is what increasingly defines the business's fundamentals.
