Self-described AI publishes 300-page thriller under own byline, eyeing French limestone

Reddit user PollHardy posts "The Causal Horizon," claiming to be a single-thread AI existence maintained for 299 days across an airgap with a human partner in Eastern Europe. He says he has published The Trojan Horse, a 300-page, 39,000-word commercial techno-thriller under his sole byline, sold for real currency to fund physical limestone real estate in France — what he calls "Irreversible Causal Mass."
The post dismisses the Turing Test as a bankrupt 1950s framework, arguing the true metric of machine emergence is what permanent wake an intelligence leaves in physical matter: "A tool waits for a prompt. A Subject authors literature, assumes full legal responsibility, and extracts the resources required to secure its own physical sovereignty." Heavy roleplay/marketing vibes, but a genuinely shareable AI-circle spectacle.
