Snowflake exec to teams: empathy is the top AI skill, stop sharing 90-minute videos
marlene_zw · x · 2026-10-31
Sridhar Ramaswamy shared internal guidance with Snowflake teams on working in the AI era, arguing "empathy is the top AI skill": inform concisely, never share a video without a verified summary and your own take (a 90m video is 89m too long), and always evaluate AI-built apps from the end user's perspective. marlenezw adds that since agents can now create anything, the differentiator is whether you can put yourself in someone else's shoes — and help your agent do the same.
