The project "Qwenputer", amplified by Shopify founder Tobi: a full RISC-V CPU implemented inside the weights of Qwen3.5-4B, using the model's own Gated DeltaNet layers as RAM. It runs C and MicroPython in its forward passes with no external runtime.
On DeepMind math: base scores 55–90%, base + Python tool 95–100%, while Qwenputer hits 97.5–100%—internalizing the interpreter beats even external tool use.
