OpenAI cuts individual API access to Daybreak Blue starting November 20

OpenAI announced that starting November 20, Daybreak Blue will no longer be available via API for individuals; the Responses API will return standard responses without reduced cyber refusals. Existing API keys won't be revoked, and business/enterprise customers are unaffected. Individuals can still access Daybreak Blue through Codex via Sign In with ChatGPT (SIWC), or migrate to a business/enterprise account to keep API access.
