Anthropic renames Max tiers — Max 20x becomes Ultra — and kills 5-hour limits

Anthropic is renaming its Claude plans: Max 5x becomes Max ($100/mo) and Max 20x becomes Ultra ($200/mo), with no action needed from existing subscribers. More substantively, the 5-hour usage limit is being removed for verified Ultra accounts starting today (most existing subscribers already covered; newer accounts keep a temporary limit until verified, to prevent fraud and abuse). Weekly limits remain unchanged.
