Subvocal's YC-backed glasses decode silent speech at 200+ wpm, built in 4 months

Subvocal, a YC F26 startup, has raised $1.3M from YC and Afore Capital for glasses that track internal speech muscles via non-contact sensing, decoding silent mouthing into text at over 200 words per minute — letting you talk to your AI without a sound or a keyboard.
Y Combinator partner Daniel De Lieb called it the most insane demo he's seen, noting the team built it in just 4 months and demoed it live at the YC office. Pre-orders are open.
