Big Tech companies rely on a single well-paid 'AI fixer' to drive AI adoption
annetgriffin · x · 2026-10-31
As saranormous observes, multiple big tech companies effectively employ just one (very well paid) person who really knows how to use AI — and this 'AI fixer' is their great hope, taking on projects and educating the rest. The catch: many companies have no one at all, and frontier AI talent would rather join broadly AI-native companies to see what a fast-moving team can do. The retweeter is offering their services as such a fixer, deliberately without a fixed offer.
