Japan Airlines confirmed a prolonged unauthorized access at aviation IT provider Amadeus exposed personal data of 92,000 customers, undetected from August 2023 to September 2026. ANA, Asiana Airlines, and Korean Air also report impact. Exposed records include booking details, flight sector data, and passport numbers for some passengers. Amadeus has patched the booking display vulnerability and says no financial details or passwords were taken; affected carriers are notifying travelers.
